As part of the project, I programmed certain tasks in Python. These tasks involved concepts such as functions, variables, operations, arguments, and parameters. My responsibilities included leading the control gripper task and being one of the leads for the overall program implementation. However, the entire subteam helped each other out with all tasks.
During this project, I developed IEEE research skills and wrote a summary on the application of a biomedical material. Specifically, I investigated contact lenses and how to find the optimal balance between factors such as stiffness and oxygen permeability.
In addition to my research work, I also served as the computing administrator. In this role, I worked to balance the responsibility of keeping people on track with their tasks while not being too overbearing.
