I modelled a wind turbine blade, then used that model along with the properties of my chosen material to run an AutoDesk simulation to determine the minimum required thickness of our blade shell.

I used this to create a Material Performance Index for my assigned material performance index. This allowed me to find 5 materials that I could present to my group for further consideration. This chart received 100% during grading.

I was the designated Subject Matter Expert in my group, so I had to keep all the final deliverable documents and research sources organized in one place. I thus took a lead role in setting up a formatted document that my group and I could plug and play the final deliverable requirements into.
